Bereco worked with Flagship Homes owner Matthew Lawson to supply timber windows for a full refurbishment to his own house. Flagship Homes is a house builder and renovation specialist with over 25 years experience based in Cobham, Surrey. The owner Matthew Lawson chose Bereco windows for a full refurbishment and rear extension to his own house.
The project was a significant alteration to the existing structure with a 2 storey extension and the addition of a second floor via rooms in the roof over the whole footprint and an attached garage with staff accommodation above and behind.
Bereco were recommended to Mr Lawson by his local builders merchants and following an inspection of the sample window and discussions with Bereco he decided to place an order for 30 windows.

Special Requirements
Mr Lawson chose 2100mm high Sliding Sash Spiral Balance windows to reflect the regency style of the property.
At the rear he wanted two bedrooms to have Juliet Balconies and so he ordered two sets of opening in French Doors with static lights either side.
