Entrance Doors from the Classical Range complete the look with time honoured designs to perfectly complement the natural stone façade of the property.

The build faced challenges in the initial stages due to a history of planning applications and refusals dating back to 2005. The plot is located at the heart of the conservation village and is located on the village envelope boundary with an open aspect to the side and rear. When planning permission was finally granted for Stonebrook House to be built it was essential that all building materials were sympathetically chosen to compliment the traditional appearance of other properties in the village.
The house is finished in Natural Clipsham Stone with a slate roof and architects Portess & Richradson were given the brief to ensure the design of the property was in keeping with the distinct character of Castor.
